Ted offers four generations of mentoring to his team and construction experience for his clients. Ted interacts frequently with his clients and has consistently outperformed client expectations by delivering a quality product on-time and on-budget.

In the early 90’s, working for his father’s construction company, Ted IV was indoctrinated quickly into the mental and physical effort required to be successful in the business. Ted IV is responsible for managing project construction activities from conception to completion, most importantly focusing on pre-construction services for our clients. This phase is a significant precursor to a successful execution of highly complex NEW and re-development projects. Possessing a wealth of construction management knowledge and hands on experience, Ted IV has served nearly every key role of a buildings construction. Ted IV understands the importance and hold in high regard the relationship between a contractor and his client.
Jeff Weeks
Chief Operations Officer
Son of Ted III the owner of TFW Construction, Jeff Weeks brings equal expertise and proven success to the company. Jeff’s methodical attention to detail is one of the keys factors resulting in successful builds, accurate budgets, and completion of timeframes on multiple high profile projects since he joined the company in 1993. As the youngest son, Jeff’s ability to seek innovative alternatives and implement cost-effective solutions equips TFW Construction with the business tools necessary to deliver projects more efficiently with the greatest value and quality available.
